I’m Brit-Tanie, MS, NCC, LPC A therapist who understands how heavy motherhood can feel when the expectations are loud, but the support is quiet. I specialize in the emotional realities women face during pregnancy, postpartum, and the shifts that happen when your identity, relationships, and sense of self all begin to change at once. My work is rooted in helping women name what’s actually happening...not what they think they “should” feel. Together, we slow things down, make sense of the overwhelm, irritability, grief, and pressure you’re carrying, and rebuild a version of emotional strength that feels real for the stage of life you’re in. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it together. You just get to be human, and we work from there.
